Disclaimer to the below review:\r The insurance company mailed a number of reminders to the insured as well to the mortgage company. We as agents followed up with a number of calls without any success. \r The responsibility is also shared by the insured to make sure the policy is paid in full and any inspections required by the insurance company is completed on time. \r Here at American Prestige Insurance we provide excellent customer service. We have a number of compliments from current clients and we will be happy to share. more

They are horrible. Louis, our agent, let our coverage lapse 3 times without telling us and caused our mortgage company to force place insurance into our escrow 3 times within 3 months by not telling us we needed an inspection, then not being honest about correcting the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! more
