Smith's has Poor Poor costumer service. I called the service department and was greeted with "HELLO!" and I said "is this the service department?", and he said "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" with a very demanding voice. \r

I understand that he is probably a mechanic that does not give a sh#* about customer service, but Smith's need to understand that I don't deal with A-Holes when I don't have to, so I will take my business elsewhere.
