I totally agree with VP! I first went there in Feb 2010., they said I needed multiple fillings, and argued with me that my insurance wanted me to pay a copay (which I knew for a fact was wrong because my kids got checkups and treatments there before I did). Also, I checked before I made any appointments, they are a preferred provider on my insurance and there is no copay for the services provided. I finally agreed to paid what they wanted and get a refund later. An appointment that would take maybe 1 hour at my old dentist took over 4 hours!!! After emailing them several times in March, with NO response, I finally took in my EOB from the insurance in June. I spoke to them several times in the last couple weeks, with no response yet and no refund yet. They just keep wanted new appointments for me and my family. I REFUSE to go back to this dentist unless I get my refund. Even then I probably will find a new dentist, so they are losing 5 patients and a getting their well-earned
