I did not see Dr Sattler, but one of the other Dr's at this place. This was the worst experience I have ever had with one of my animals. What they call an exam was severly lacking - they did not listen to his heart or lungs, they did not check his eyes, ears, gums. They did not ask what we feed him. They did not ask about his bowel habbits or if there where any changes in any of his other functions. They did a test brought him back to me and said I'll call when we get results. 2 1/2 minutes in the room with us 6 minutes in the back with him and 4 minutes at check out. They did not pet him or really talk about him! POOR POOR POOR bedside manner! They left a message at my home to call for the results, I called at 8:32am, 12 noon, 5pm and 7pm I finnaly had to drive to the office pick up the results and go to a much more thorough and caring vet. I would not reccomend this office to anyone!
