I have been with Fame Automotive a long time, probably ten years or better, and I have never had any problems. They are very attentive. They always answer the phone when I call and they get back to me right away with the diagnostics. They walk me through all of the steps and they are wonderful to work with.
Anytime I swing in there with a problem, they are Johnny-on-the-spot with the diagnostics. They let me know if I can continue on or they will get me in right away. They take time to point out preventative maintenance measures. They let me know what to be concerned with and what not to be concerned with. Their mechanics are well trained and they take good care of my vehicle.
