Been going there for years, but I'm going to try somewhere else. My wife & I have also experienced the ""No Contacts"" in stock, waiting for extended periods for contacts to come in & one time, after a month of waiting & no return phone call, I called to enquire where my contacts were, I was told that they hadn't even been ordered! Now they are in the practice of charging different prices for the strenght of the contacts, the stronger the lens, the more expensive! So, they can't tell you how much you will be spending until after you get the results of your exam! My wife was told that Contact exam was $75, but was charged $149... $149 for an exam???? The counter personel act as if they want to be somewhere other than work, when you address them, they react with monotone voices with ""generic-like"" answers. If Dr. Pressley reads this, one piece of advice..... Image & Service, or lack there of, go ALONG WAY!!!! Time for me & my family to go somewhere else.
