I had Precision come out and to clean the carpet in a rental property. I have to say, the carpet was disgusting. The owner came to meet me and said he could clean it and make it look a lot better, but after I realized that they also did carpet installation, I decided to get a quote for new. It really was time for to replace and I couldn't believe the price. It was half what I paid 4 years ago. I had them out the first time on Wednesday and the new carpet was installed Friday morning. I was really impressed at how fast and professional they were. New tenants moved in Saturday morning!
