I've used Precision 3 times in the past couple years at my Texas home. In that time, I have gotten to know Kylie & Jason pretty well. I travel a lot for work & am happy that I can trust them to clean my floors in my absence. more

\r Update: Owner called and apologized for any misunderstanding/communication. Offered a discount for future service or to come clean the stains again. Advised he treated stains however, they just would not come up. Overall, they did a great job with what they had to work with. Would recommend! more

Very Good Service 10/8/2011

I had these guys come out and clean my carpets after my kid's birthday party. 20 kids under the age of 8 can really make a mess and I decided to let the pros handle this one.\r \r They were able to get the carpets looking pretty close to new - I'm most impressed that they got out a baseball sized stain of orange KoolAid from my carpets.\r \r The carpets smell fresh and look good. Precision Carpet Care does fast work and very good quality work, too. No complaints from me, this was definitely worth what they charge. more

Flooded home 12/9/2010

We went out of town last weekend and came home late Sunday night to a nightmare. Our hot water heater basically exploded and flooded the entire downstairs of our home. I googled emergency flood service and Precision Carpet Care came up. Even though it was almost midnight, Jason not only answered the phone, but was at our home with 2 vans and 3 guys within the hour. They packed up and moved all our stuff to the garage and started drying. I was shocked how fast they worked and got everything under control. Precision also worked directly with our insurance and made things as easy as it could be. They not only did all our drying, but as of today everything is back to normal! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I hope this never happens again, but I would refer anyone in my situation to your company. more

TMI, but THANK YOU! 9/29/2010

\r So my dog got sick Monday... he had several accidents around my apartment and it was really gross. Sorry, too much information, but I called Precision Carpet Care. They were able to send someone out that same day and were able to remove the stains and the smell (which was bad!). So thankful and worth every penny! I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and wouldn't want to have to live with the stains for the next year! more

Saved from wet carpet 9/19/2010

I woke up to a bad thing--my entire bedroom floor was soaked, after a heavy rain. Jason's group came out that morning, moved the furniture, pulled up the carpet, and then re-installed it back after it dried. He was prompt, honest and good at explaining how long the drying-out process would take.\r \r Not only that, but the furniture looks better in there than it did before the flood!\r \r more

Quick and Easy 6/1/2010

I had Precision come out and to clean the carpet in a rental property. I have to say, the carpet was disgusting. The owner came to meet me and said he could clean it and make it look a lot better, but after I realized that they also did carpet installation, I decided to get a quote for new. It really was time for to replace and I couldn't believe the price. It was half what I paid 4 years ago. I had them out the first time on Wednesday and the new carpet was installed Friday morning. I was really impressed at how fast and professional they were. New tenants moved in Saturday morning! more

Used Precision for new carpet in a rental property. Guys were quick and cheap, appreciate the attention to details too. Gave me a good reference on a contractor to do some minor repairs and they were great too. more

Impressed! 3/10/2010

My mother had her carpets cleaned by this company, so I thought I would give them a try. I have 2 small children and need to have this done more often! They got up all the stains I thought were hopeless and were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I would recommend these guys and will use them again. more

Jason came to clean my dryer exhaust duct. Due to construction issues, it was very difficult to clean. He ended up going the extra mile to help me take apart the ducts to unclog the system which now works fine. A well-run business by someone who puts the customer first. Pros: Professional more

I was told about Precision Carpet Care from a good friend who used them before Thanksgiving. I decided to wait until after the family left to have them come. I was really suprised how clean the carpets turned out. They were really nice and did a great job very quickly. Thanks! more
