Most of the comments we see here are caused by a misunderstanding of our role as the management company. We are contracted to enforce the policies established by the board of directors, which often puts us in the position of being the ""bad guy."" So it's understandable that a certain number of residents are not going to be happy with the service that we provide.
But some of the feedback is accurate. We have not been perfect. In the past we were represented by individuals who made mistakes, and we took decisive action to correct those mistakes, up to and including replacing those individuals.
Today, we train and closely supervise our employees so we can provide the best service possible. We have also made significant investments in software and human resources so we can take advantage of everything that the latest technology has to offer.
