Beware of STM Granite & Precast. We patiently waited for our countertops and were disappointed to find the faucet holes were way off-center and not spaced correctly by inches, and the front edge was not polished and very rough. We thought we were getting a bargain and even visited the shop on Anderson Rd to make sure it was not a fraud.
Although the shop looks fly-by-night, we reasoned they were just starting up and gave STM the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, It is true ""you get what you pay for,” and for us it was an unusable countertop. We fought hard for a refund but STM refused to inspect and acknowledge there mistakes, There attitude was I got what I paid for. Beware of STM's lack of quality controls, poor workmanship, and there resorting to intimidation toward their customer when we complained that they delivered an unusable top with so many mistakes. We finally went somewhere else and purchased a new top to replace this one and two additional tops for our house renovation and happily paid $125 more per top with a reputable company.
Pros: cheap
Cons: Get what you pay for
