Just a warning to anyone out there in the housing or apt market in Seattle to be very careful if ever having to deal with ""Ricky Sadler"". He seems to exhibit EXTREMELY aggresive and angry behavior. In my first and only encounter with Ricky, I simply left a voicemail for him that I was interested in one of his (8 or so) properties, and to please give me a call at his convenience. He called me back from a blocked number, the moment I answered I heard him screaming vile obscenities at other drivers. He then yelled his name at me, and told me he got my message. However he kept repeating how hard it made his life, and how stupid it was for anyone to leave a message and not mention what property they are calling about. That obviously was the end of our conversation. I of course, was interested in more than one, initially.
Just a simple warning to all, this guy seems very unstable.
