I don't know where to begin with how AMAZED I am with the personal service Jim Markey provided to us. My husband and I assisted my 79 year old mother with purchasing a 2009 Ford Focus the past. We met Jim 2 weeks ago, and instantly felt rapport and trust with him. What was most important to my husband and I was the respect he showed my mom. He treated my mom with the utmost kindness and made her feel like she had value and was an important part of the process. Often times sale associates brush off our 'seniors' and do not take the time to listen to them or make them feel heard. Jim was very patient with my mom, he was not pushy, he heard what was important to her in a car...and the time he spent building a relationship with my mom, paid off. My mom felt very comfortable allowing Jim to help her, which is a big deal for a woman with a lot of pride.
I highly recommend working with Jim. He was responsive to my husband's emails and phone calls, and went the extra 10 miles to make sure we were satisfied customers.
From the delivery of the car to my mom's home, to the signing of paperwork at her kitchen table, to pre-programming her favorite radio stations with her, Jim Markey's service was amazing!
