I have used several town car services for transportation to the airport and have never dealt with a company as bad as this one. BE CAREFUL as they will quote you a fee but then tack on all kinds of extra charges once it comes time to pay. \r \r This company's website advertises that they have carseats available. I called and they confirmed that they would have a toddler seat for my sixteen month old son. When the driver picked us up from the airport he had an INFANT seat and not the toddler seat I needed Plus, the infant seat was absolutely disgusting - - it looked like they had pulled it out of the trash. It looked like it was at one time white in color but now it was gray, badly badly scuffed and had a thick layer of DIRT on it. The cloth cover on the seat was filthy as well. We had no choice but to try to fit my son in this seat but he was too tall so the mangled straps couldn't even fit over his shoulders and we just used the lap strap. To make matters worse the company charged us $20. for supplying a carseat! What nerve!\r \r The irony of this is that we used this same company on our way TO the airport and they had the proper toddler seat AND they did not charge us for it. So... that leads me to believe this was done purposely as they knew once we were at the aipport we had to pay this fee or be stranded there!\r \r It gets worse. They will also chage an extra meet and greet fee! And fees for helping with luggage! Absurd! My husband wheeled our bags so I paid this guy to wheel one suitcase about 100 feet from the baggage claim to the lot?\r \r Don't trust them. I tried to call and explain to the company and ask them to make things right. I would happily pay the fee the quoted but in fairness they should refund their hidden fees that they did not tell me about. They were rude and arrogant. They have lost a customer and I hope you will heed my advice and stay away from them too!\r Pros: On-time Cons: HIDDEN FEES, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! more
