I was referred to Oars pc by Radio Shack because they didn't have what I needed. I went there and took my modem with me so I made sure I would get the right one. The lady who was at the counter glanced at mine and gave me what she said was the same but different brand. Not being a computer person, I took her at her word. It did not have the correct connections I needed. It was after hours so I went somewhere else and replaced my modem. I went back to return it and was treated like I was a liar by the same sales person and the person she pulled from the back office. I did raise my voice because she refused to listen to me. The gentleman who came from the back office called me an ""A"" hole when I left the store. They will sell you what they have but are not good about making things right with a customer who trusted them to give them the correct item. They will take your money but refuse to stand behind what they tell you. Would not suggest using OARS PC ever.
