I met a friend for sushi and drinks at Prime KO on a Thursday night and I was blown away. We arrived around 9:30 and the downstairs was ""poppin."" The restaurant has a DJ that plays every Thursday - apparently he used to play at Buddha Bar in the meatpacking (I went over and got his card - he was great.) We sat in an area behind the bar that still had a private feel to it. We ordered the Katsu Maki with truffle oil - lets just say out of this world! The Sake was great and I will definitely be back soon. I love Prime KO!
