As an employee of A-ROCK PROPELLER and one who feels we go the extra mile to help everyone we can, I feel it very important to reply to this post. I believe as more information is presented it will make much better sense as to why this customers propeller was sold. To one who brings in their propeller for repair, you will see posted on the front counter you have 45 days to pick up your prop before it is to be claimed as property of A-ROCK PROPELLER due to the high amount of propellers that come in. Just as a side note as of today we have 6 customer propellers that have been here for 10-12 months and one that has been here for 18 months and they still are tagged and waiting for pickup. So you can see that we find it important for customers to get their items back. Returning to the negative review written, I personally called the customer multiple times and had left more than one message. Midway through last summer, after waiting 24 months+ and never hearing anything back from the individual through phone or personal contact, we sold the propeller. We strive for customer satisfaction and always will!
