I bought a new fridge that needed warranty work done on it. The tech that came out showed up late, he took the fridge apart and did not put it back together correctly and most importantly did not fix the problem. He was there all of 5min, told me he had to order parts and left.
This company is only open Mon-Fri 8-4 which they did not tell me when they originally scheduled to come out. Also, their ""window"" for the tech to show up is either 8-12 or 12-4 so you have to miss a whole day in order to be home for them to come in a work on your appliances. They called me two weeks later and said the parts were in. When they explained that they did not work on weekends or past 4pm, I asked if they could just have a tech stay out an hour late so I could be home. They said ""No if we did that for you we would have to that for everyone."" I understand that this is their policy however, I'm pretty sure as a business if your customers request something ""all the time"" (as I was told by the agent) you should do it or try to work in more flexibility so when the need arises you can work to satisfy a customer instead of telling them you will do nothing at all to work for them. Last time I checked a business as supposed to work for its customers not take them for granted. Here it is a month later and I'm still waiting for a chance to take off work so they can come out and hopefully fix the fridge this time.
Long story short, any appliance repair company can fix your appliances so use one that actually treats their customers with respect and works to earn your business. Not one with rude staff, terrible hours and a total lack of desire to help their customers.
Pros: Nothing that you cannot get from a better company.
Cons: Only open Mon-Fri 8-4 & will not fix things in one trip.
