We purchased an entire high end kitchen and steam shower etc,from Chris, once the sale was made we could never reach him again, there were multiple problems with the order we spoke to supervisors but the bottom line is they send you to voice mail after they take your money and no one calls back. Go across the street to FBS on richmond and get service and save $$ if I had to do this over thats what I would have done.
Pros: Lots of great product
Cons: Once you buy they wont even take your call
