We purchased an entire high end kitchen and steam shower etc,from Chris, once the sale was made we could never reach him again, there were multiple problems with the order we spok...

I went to ferguson on richmond a few weeks ago to pick out some new faucets and lights for our house and i was very impressed... the showroom is beautiful and there were sooo many options! The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. I picked up my new stuff 2 days later and im so happy with the way everything came together. Keep up the good work! Pros: huge selection, great customer service Cons: closes at 5pm more

worse than car salesmen 6/24/2010

We purchased an entire high end kitchen and steam shower etc,from Chris, once the sale was made we could never reach him again, there were multiple problems with the order we spoke to supervisors but the bottom line is they send you to voice mail after they take your money and no one calls back. Go across the street to FBS on richmond and get service and save $$ if I had to do this over thats what I would have done. Pros: Lots of great product Cons: Once you buy they wont even take your call more

Rip Off 2/9/2010

I bought a kithen faucet here. I returned it a few days later. It took me 3 weeks to get them to process the credit. They finally called and told me the credit would be $184 when we had paid $284. I pointed this out and they checked it and confirmed that I was right. When I received the credit on my Mastercard it was still only $184. When I called to complain, they informed me the $100 difference was a re-stocking fee. What a rip-off! They had every opportunity to tell me that and chose not to until I was out the faucet and the money. Cons: Hidden Fees more
