I bought a new bow rider from them in November '09. It had and stated in the bill of sale a ""496"" Mercruiser. When they delivered the boat in December it was a totally different boat. It had a ""350"" Mercruiser and a completely different Hull number. When I called them to tell them they told me it was a mistake and the 496 was a different boat and what I really bought was the 350. In addition it was suppose to be delivered, blocked, winterized and shrink wrapped which was paid for separately. Of which only the delivery took place. The delivery guy couldn't get it off the trailer and block it. So we had to launched it and have a different boat tow company trailer it back to the house and block it. I have reported this to the Mass. Attorney Generals Office and to the consumer affairs dept of Mass. They have not received a response. So if you purchase from this dealer check them out first.
