Our 17 unit vintage condo building that is small in size but big in terms of major projects and our management company and property manager have managed over $300,000 in capital improvements including a new roof, major masonry work and new roof-top decks in a year long project. Our manager is a hard worker and very responsive which is a dying asset with most property managers we have worked with in the past. He is determined and sticks with an issue from start to finish. We enjoy his effort and pleasing sense of professionalism and highly recommend him based on his spirit and thorough skill set. A nice feature which is a dying art these days is a human actually answers the phone when you call. The staff is always helpful when you call.
