We used Miracle Method because we had two old tubs and the alternative was tearing out two tile walls to replacing both. We were skeptical at first that resurfacing would work and/or last, but we've been very pleasantly surprised. Our tubs are both beautiful (like new) and have stayed that way for almost 4 years now. We're careful to follow cleaning instructions, but that's easy.
