Upon installing our new jet bathtub for a full bathroom remodel we realized one of the corners was badly damaged during shipping. Since we had not inspected the tub under the polystyrene corner protections upon delivery, we were unaware of the cracks until the bathtub was installed and it was too late for a replacement. We thought we would have to buy a brand new tub again until we heard of Miracle Method. The work was done in a professional and meticulous manner and rendered the bathtub as good as new for only a couple of hundred dollars. In addition the technician was very friendly and explained what he was doing step by step, visibly passionate about his job. The Burch's did our shower stall four years ago in 2007 and it still is 'like new'. The old ugly brown tile still looks like new white tile, and the refinished shower pan is still perfect. more

We recently had a "contractor" ruin our less than year old tub after putting up new tile work in our bathroom. When we discovered the damages (which were covered with a PorceFix type enamel paint) we were devastated. Just when we thought we were going to have to remove all of the tile work and start again, we got a recommendation to call Miracle Method. We spoke with Ashley who was super helpful, providing us with information and multiple options. She arranged for someone to come out and see the tub the next day! Our inspector was Dale (the owner), who came out and not only did the inspection, but he was so honest about the damages and actually did the refinish right there on the spot. He even reduced the price and gave it to us for 3 times less than the quotes we got from other companies! Looking at the tub today, I cannot even tell that there were any damages! Just bought our first house. It is great, but the bathroom tiles were "pepto-bismol-pink" Ewww. Miracle method did a great job with it! It is now a white sandy color. The finish also coats over the grout, which makes it very easy to keep clean. I am definitely glad we called them. No complaints at all! more

A great alternative to complete or near complete bathroom redo.I know from personal experience that it is very difficult to remove a tub without destroying the surrounding areas. The costs would be in the thousands of dollars because tile and plumbing fixtures would have to be replaced. With MM all that is avoided simply by refinishing. MM completed my work in just two days. The techician was very knowledgable about the process, He removed and reinstalled the shower glass doors without any damage to the surrounding areas. A 5 star job. more

Our 60+ year old tub was just refinished - we haven't even used it yet, but it looks FANTASTIC. We're anxious to share that everything about the experience up to this point has been top-notch: family members Dale, Ashley and Janie responding promptly and thoroughly to our many questions; sharing the content of the extremely small percentage of less-than-perfect reviews they received during the Diamond Certification process; accommodating a short-notice schedule change request; the professionalism and pleasant manner of the installer; etc. We've tried but can't think of a single element of the process to quibble with - not even a little. more

We used Miracle Method because we had two old tubs and the alternative was tearing out two tile walls to replacing both. We were skeptical at first that resurfacing would work and/or last, but we've been very pleasantly surprised. Our tubs are both beautiful (like new) and have stayed that way for almost 4 years now. We're careful to follow cleaning instructions, but that's easy. more

I had a great experience with Miracle Method. I hired them to refinish a fiberglass shower pan. They were on time and got right to work. The quality of the work was better than I was even hoping. Also, I paid extra to have my existing shower door removed (so they could do the refinishing work) and re-installed - it was done perfectly. I am very very pleased with the entire job! more
