I have known about Roy's since the late 1980's when they were located down on North Boulevard. My dad was a mechanic who knew the people at Roy's as his shop was located right by theirs. He always told me me that Roy's was the best body shop in town, and meant it. I have seen the quality of their work, and it can't be beat.
I have used them for repairs on two occasions myself. Both were fairly minor wrecks. Roy's took care of the repairs and I could not tell that there had ever been a wreck in the first place, which, of course, is the whole object. Work was top-quality, as always.
My recommendation: if you are in a wreck, and need repairs -- call Roy's. They might cost more than some el-cheapo shop, but if insurance is covering it....don't you want top quality work on your vehicle? Don't skimp.
Pros: Top quality work....every time....
Cons: None
