I absolutely agree with Shagster. My prized RX-7 GSL-SE was stolen in the mid nineties, and although not particularly damaged by the thieves, was trashed by the towing company that recovered it--engine jacked-up into the hood because they didn't know where the jack-points were, chain marks and dents all over. Roy's worked very hard to get my insurance company to cover everything, and gave me back a car that looked as pristine as I had always kept it. When I picked it up, Roy himself was wiping it down with a chamois, and told me that he thought his boys had done a pretty good job. I remarked on the owner being the one who washed the car before delivery, and he said "Customer satisfaction is the only job I do here".
I've subsequently been back several times, and have been treated like an old friend, with commensurate service and results. I hit a deer tonight while bringing my wife home from the airport, so Roy's, here I come again!
