The management at this store, particularly in customer service is the poorest I have seen. I was told by the customer service manager at Southlands that Best Buy will not replace defective items when the exact item is no longer available unless you have an extended warranty even if still under the standard manufacturer's warranty. Their standard warranty clearly states "replaced with same or like item" while under manufacturer's warranty. Best Buy is normally good, this store should be avoided. more
