About a month ago I followed a friends advice and brought my Pomeranian in to Debbie to be groomed. We ended up picking him up from the Steamboat Island Animal Hospital because she cut the tip of his tail off during grooming. She lied saying it was only a tiny piece. The vet tech got the piece out of the trash and it was a half inch! He ended up having surgery to have it fixed. This was very traumatic to the little guy. I hope no one else has to suffer under this groomers malpractice and neglect again. They have not returned our calls. I'm assuming the vet bill was paid. This was a horrible experience and will never step foot into that store again.
