I have been coming to Dearborn since the eighty's. The late Dr. Jackson took care of my ""Nikki"" from a stray at 6 weeks, through a car accident on Columbia Dr. until his death many years later. Dr. Ellington now takes care of our mix from the pound. I believe the staff problems have improved alot (per my last visit this week 5-21-10). Dr. Ellington was open and available to listen to my concerns regarding the experience at the front desk. \r
I have never boarded my dog because she is afraid of storms and they do not have night staff. \r
PS They are in great need of newspaper and old clean towels!
Pros: great doctors and assistants
Cons: have had sad experience with one of front desk staff
