The worst experience ever. Rude and poor customer service from one employee. He got in my face to complain to me about me complaining to people in the office about the poor service on cutting my wood order. I dropped off the order to him at 11:30am (he told me about an hour) it wasn't done until 3pm. When I got there to pick up my order, he got in my face and tried to tell me I was lucky that he was good enough to cut my order for me and next time he would charge for the cuts. Charging for straight cuts??? Even Home Depot does that for free. That is where I should have gone to in the first place. The stress, and attitude was not good. Not to mention he blew my whole afternoon to get my deck ready for Memorial Day. Bottom line, if you need wood cut to order, go somewhere else. But, if you like stress and rude people and want to get in a fight, go here. I reluctantly gave one star because it is default and cannot give NONE.
