I called almost every appliance place within 40 miles. I had a problem with my only refrig. and things were defrosting fast! I was almost frantic that I was going to have to buy a new one and thats when I called Tru-Way Appliance. It was a couple of days before I could get on their service schedule but they asked me one question no one else did! Whats wrong with the Refrig? After I described to her OVER the phone, without wanting a dime she told me what to try so to figure out the problem and she did! I was able to fix it myself. And they had the part in stock. Saved me a ton of money. Im going to fix my dishwasher next.
