Definitely the place to go to! 9/11/2010

Let me just say that in today's society, you don't find too many people or businesses that are as helpful and friendly as Tru Way Appliance. I called three or four different repair shops to get estimates and ask questions, and each one was not willing to answer any of my questions for me, just give me estimates. Barbara at Tru Way was beyond helpful. She was very knowledgable and went out of her way to help me over the phone. Unlike most places, they just want your money. Tru Way was outstanding. What I thought was going to cost me at least $250-plus, only cost me $20, thanks to Barbara! more

Maytag repair 9/8/2010

Went on line to fix my Maytag SidebySide and found a part that was making noice. Tru way had the part and mentioned it was very popular for this model. Fixed me right up. Many Thanks more

Tru Way is one of a kind for the do it yourselfer. Barbara is a wealth of knowledge and has been helping me for years with my appliance problerm. She helped me keep my old washer and dryer running well past their true life expectancy!! more

They told me! 5/14/2010

I called almost every appliance place within 40 miles. I had a problem with my only refrig. and things were defrosting fast! I was almost frantic that I was going to have to buy a new one and thats when I called Tru-Way Appliance. It was a couple of days before I could get on their service schedule but they asked me one question no one else did! Whats wrong with the Refrig? After I described to her OVER the phone, without wanting a dime she told me what to try so to figure out the problem and she did! I was able to fix it myself. And they had the part in stock. Saved me a ton of money. Im going to fix my dishwasher next. more

Call Here FIRST Before You Open The Phone Book!!!! 12/12/2009

My mother and I have had to go here a few times to get parts. When there is not a man around and the dryer or the fridge takes a dive we end up trying to fix it ourselves first. They are VERY helpful down there, answer questions, and will offer professional advice. Calling a repair man in the phone book lands you with nothing but a huge bill. Call these guys first and tell them whats going on. They will give you the part you need and tell you how to fix it. more

Tru-way Appliance Parts & Service, well, they do exactly what it sounds like they should do. They sell parts or fix any air conditioner, washer, dryer, dishwasher, or other appliance that you can think of. They do a good job at it, too. They also charge a fair price. They are friendly and helpful and get the job done. PROS: They can fix a lot of appliances for a fair price. CONS: Finding the time to pick up your gear. more
