I had the worst experince ever at the highlands les schwab. I was there for over two hours for 2 tires and lugnuts. They messed the lugnuts up and I had to go back 4 times! The manager still has his tail in his legs and hasnt tried to rectify the situation. Furthermore, I had a brake issuse and they sent me on my way, got a second opinion and i had no brake pads and the caliper siezed. So I would never go back!
