I went to them to have my tire repaired (it had a small hole in it). They fixed it pretty quick and did't over charge or anything. I didn't think to check my car over before leaving the parking lot... huge mistake. When I got to my next destination (which happened to be in Federal Way), I looked back at my car and saw a large dent right above the tire they had fixed. There was long scratch mark too. I called them up and told them about it- making sure to be friendly to them, because accidents happen and I wasn't terribly upset. They told me to come back in and file an insurance claim. They took pictures and so did I. It took three weeks for their insurance lady to send me a letter saying they were denying my claim. They thought I took too long to get back to them (it was the same day and when I got to my next destination!). I called her up and talked to her. Once again making sure to be polite, but I should've been rude, because she gave me the worst attitude ever! She said that the w more

bad tire deal 2/22/2011

I went in to get a nail out of my tire. My dealer told me that the pads on my brakes are bad and need to be done. So I asked them if they would look at my brakes and let me know what they charge. I watch the man take my tire off and put the tire back on. When I went to pay for it I asked about the brakes. He went to ask the tire man and came back to tell me they are great. He did not even look at them or the other three brakes. I also asked if he had checked the air on all my tires and the man at the counter states that is rountine. I went out and my front passenger tire was still low so I went to find the tire man. He checked it and it only had 20 and the tire man had me drive around so he could put air in my tires. BAD service!!!!! I use to love this company, what the he-- happen. Do I go back?? more

Best Service Ever!!! 2/15/2011

This is the best customer service I have ever encountered. No matter what I need they do everything in their power to help. Even when they make a mistake (almost never), they always make it right. This is not just a tire store, its like a community center for Renton. more

The best tire shop in Puget Sound 2/15/2011

The best service I have ever had. I sent my daughter in for tires expecting the worst. They talked her out of doing all four because she only needed two. You can really trust Les Schwab to do the right thing. My family and I will never go anywhere else. more

Dont go! 5/31/2010

I had the worst experince ever at the highlands les schwab. I was there for over two hours for 2 tires and lugnuts. They messed the lugnuts up and I had to go back 4 times! The manager still has his tail in his legs and hasnt tried to rectify the situation. Furthermore, I had a brake issuse and they sent me on my way, got a second opinion and i had no brake pads and the caliper siezed. So I would never go back! more

One of the few great tire shops left 4/26/2009

I really like this shop. I got new tires put on and some other work. Two weeks after the work I got a call to tell me that two of the parts that I was charged for was not used and that I could come in and get some money back for the parts. When doing their inventory they noticed that they had two more then they should and went back through all the paper work to see who got charged for them. They felt very bad about it. That is the kind of service we all wish we could get. I will always do business with them. more

Free popcorn 6/16/2005

These guys took good care of me when I needed two new matching tires for my neon. They were fast and I like that they have free popcorn for my kids. more
