I have to say I really like the new staff they have there. I called on a Saturday to see if my dog needed any shots. The person on the phone was very nice and said that yes she did need some. I asked if I could take her in that same day and she said yes. I took my dog in when they said to take her in and they saw her pretty much right away. The girl at the desk was very friendly and acted like she liked her job. I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised with the improvement. I am happy that I have the Banfield Wellness Plan, I have saved thousands of dollars.
