A sales person used to be knowledgeable and helpful. You would learn their name and return to the store the next time you needed something. However, corporations have changed that by paying staff people less and not expecting them to know about the products they are selling. By doing so, they have enriched themselves and left the consumer to learn about the features of the various products. This is what you will find at J&R where the sales staff is solely interested in the sale with very little knowledge or background about what they are selling. The product I bought was fine and I guess the price reflects the lack of service. If you know what you want and are willing to do the research, fine. If you want help, then you'll need to go elsewhere.
