I recently turned in a truck lease after my husband passed away. The dealership led me to believe he was the only one on the lease and took the truck and told me when I got the bill to just fax over the death certificate. I did as they had suggested. To find out I was on the lease and now am expected to pay $8700.00. I had told the dealership I was not sure if I was on the lease and he assured me I was not. I would of kept the truck. Two weeks after my husbands death it is hard to remember what day it is more or less if I signed a lease. I trusted Quality Nissan of Temecula to help me thru this process but instead they have thrown me under the bus. I am left with a hugh bill, no truck, and no help from Nissan. The dealership was so helpful at first until they realized they had not followed procedures now I am left to deal with this mess...
