1. We ordered the Jaeger Schnitzel and Schnitzel im Broetchen.
2. The order was on our table in less than 6 minutes...so the Schnitzel's were not ""made to order"" and it was evident. The gravy was warm but the meat was not. The thickness was not consistent.
3. The Sandwich, with the sauerkraut on the plate was so soggy it was hard to hit without it falling apart. The kraut should be placed in a small bowl (since that was the size of serving we received) so the sandwich stays edible.
4. The taste of everything was good..but not sure worth a repeat business.
I offer this review as a way of improving or at least taking into consideration. We were very excited at the prospect of having a great new restaurant in P'Ville.
Pros: Sauerkraut and Blaukraut was great
