Veselka is that East Village staple that has managed to brand itself so well you keep going back for more. Traditional Polish foods like borscht and pierogies meet regular diner food and brunch items like pancakes and waffles.
Though there is ample seating, demand is high and there is sometimes a wait. Oh, and did I forget to mention this place is awesome late-night, after the bar?
