I've always been a health conscious geek since I was in my mid 30's. I'm already in my late 50's and easily got bored with my daily 30 minute walk routine. I came across The Rush fitness website 3 mos. ago and was kinda curious about their workout program. The front line personnel introduced me to a fitness coach and assisted me all throughout the session. I was a bit scared at first but when they introduced me to the other members who were also doing their cardio workouts, I got convinced to enroll at the Rush fitness Cleveland Chattanooga branch which is a few blocks away from my house. I am enjoying the company of my new found friends at the Rush fitness while keeping myself fit with the right exercise program for my age.
