I have attended many boot camps but it was much different working with Dez. I came in thinking I could just do the bare minimum, lose a little weight and all was good. NOT! He didn't tolerate my slack and kept pushing me to realize that I could accomplish allot if I pressed. The workouts were excellent, just when you thought you could handle it, Dez would change it and take you to the next level. The monitoring and constantly writing down what you were eating each day was invaluable. I would avoid eating junk, just because I didn't want to hear Dez's mouth the next morning :) \r

If you follow his lead - the results he promises are the results you will get. Definately a positive lifestyle change!
Pros: Dedicated trainer, great workout locations, AMAZING RESULTS
Cons: Not a con - but you will never be the same
