12 days ago my husband and I wanted Subway so we went to the one off airway, which happens to be next door to Game Haven. My husband the nerd he is begged me to go in so we did. \r \r My first reaction was EWW, it smells like stinky boys who'd rather play video games over shower, but then I saw the HUGE selection of DVDS and got over it. \r \r I picked two DVDS and walked to the counter were i heard 3 BOYS (maybe 13-17), including the cashier cuss like sailors. I think i heard the f-bomb atleast 15x in 3 minutes. I said to my husband whatever, they have a big selection of movies so ill endure it.\r \r We get home and I rush to watch this movie I'd been dying to see and low and behold it scratches in the first 15 minutes. We fastforwarded the movie and found the the scratch was soo bad it wouldn't work at all (But, there were no physical scratches on the dvd). We planned to take it back but my lilttle brother has been in the hospital all week so its been a little chaotic. \r \r 11 days later my husband took it back to exchange it and the cashier was evidently veryy rude, bc it takes a lot to make him mad. He said there was only 10 day policy on it and 11 was past it. My husband explained that NO ONE TOLD HIM THAT- probably bc the cashier was too involved in the trashy convo he was having while he was checking us out to pay attention.\r -So the guy offered to clean it for him, so we tried to watch it again and same thing... So i, the wife took measures into my own hands and went down on day 12 to try to work something out.\r \r I got there and this time it smelled like feet and humidity- the cashier was rude, the manager was incompetent and rude. Obviously they've never heard the saying ""the customers always right."" I told them both that I wasn't made at them, but that this was wrong that you cant sell DVDS like this and not atleast exchange them. I reminded them that the cashier never told my husband I we had 10 days.\r \r Needless to say, they may have a huge selection of stuff, but that doesnt matter if it doesnt work.. I'll never go back. I suggest you dont either so you dont have to douss yourself in purell and purfeum just to buy a movie or game that does not work. Pros: they have a large selection Cons: everything in that selection wont play or is broken more
