When I was about 9 years old, my sister Mary and I walked in the snow all the way from our house on Glenview Drive to Dr. Rowles office, The hospital was then on the corner of 83 and Walker Rd. where the fountain is currently located. My hamster Spot was sick and Dr. Rowles not only helped him but didn't charge us anything.\r

Years later in my mid 30's my Dachshund Kanz started walking funny. I was told to bring Kanz directly into the office. Kanz had jumped off a table and pinched a nerve in his back. Without immediate surgery he would become paralyzed. \r
\r
Kanz had the back surgery, stayed overnight a few days and was then prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine. When we received the bill it was only for a little more then $500. I asked Dr. Rowels why the bill was so small. He said he'd performed the surgery only once before, and that was on his own dog, and that we didn't even ask him how much the surgery was going to cost. \r

When Dr. Rowles left I was devistated, but I've come to admire the new staff just as much. They've always been there for my family. I know that I'm getting the best service possible every time.\r
\r
I recommend them 110%!!!\r
