Brought my family down from Birmingham for the week of May 8-15 and rented a pontoon boat. I had emailed some questions and Heather replied promptly with answers. I reserved the boat over the phone a few weeks in advance. When we got there, they had everything ready to go (we asked for some fishing poles and tackle to go with the boat-they even caught some bait for us and had it in the livewell for us) and made it really easy to check in. The boat was even nicer than I had expected and Chris told us the spots to fish. We had a really nice day-caught some fish with the kids, did some cruising around. Boat ran great, no problems, and we brought in back in and they helped us carry our stuff up to the car. Very happy with our experience!
