We had a great day on the bay with a pontoon we rented for 2 hours over Fall Break! Staff was friendly and helpful and boat was super clean and seemed new. Highly recommend! more

Fun experience! 1/25/2012

We rented a really nice pontoon boat for 2 hours. The staff was really helpful, gave us a map and told us some cool sights to see. We saw dolphins just past the Destin bridge, which was really cool for my 3 yr old daughter. Definitely something I'd like to do again. If you go to Destin, check this place out! more

Awesome time in Destin for the 4th of July! 7/21/2011

My family and I had an AMAZING time on the 4th of July this Year! We rented a pontoon boat from DESTIN VACATION BOAT RENTALS and they were such a big part of a perfect day! The boat was clean, ran really well all day and was easy to operate. The staff was professional, friendly and super helpful from booking the boat 6 mths ago to helping us unload after our day. We will definately be back and would highly recommend this boat rental company to everyone! more

Poor Rental Experience! 7/10/2011

I rented two boats from them - the first one they called me when I was on my way to pick up boat that it had some water damage. They made no effort to take care of the problem - had to go down the street and rent another boat. Later that week I had rented their largest pontoon boat with a larger engine - when I showed up they had the wrong boat with their smallest engine - not fun toobing with a 50 hp engine. No effort to correct situation or take care of me as their customer. When the first boat was broken they said ""oh well"" you can go rent somewhere else. Not the type of service that I had read about on google. Beware - you do not get what you reserve! Will not use them again. more

Great place to rent a boat! 5/24/2010

Brought my family down from Birmingham for the week of May 8-15 and rented a pontoon boat. I had emailed some questions and Heather replied promptly with answers. I reserved the boat over the phone a few weeks in advance. When we got there, they had everything ready to go (we asked for some fishing poles and tackle to go with the boat-they even caught some bait for us and had it in the livewell for us) and made it really easy to check in. The boat was even nicer than I had expected and Chris told us the spots to fish. We had a really nice day-caught some fish with the kids, did some cruising around. Boat ran great, no problems, and we brought in back in and they helped us carry our stuff up to the car. Very happy with our experience! Pros: Great service, very nice boats Cons: somewhat limited parking more
