My husband & I went to Cheddars on Tuesday night. (May of 2010) I ordered the chicken alfredo. Our food arrived, the waiter put it down & walked off without saying one word. My chicken was red & clearly raw. We looked around for a waiter. No waiters or waitress was there. My husband went to the kitchen & told the ""manager."" After a few minutes the waiter came out & asked if i would like him to bring me a plate to put the chicken on & take it in the kitchen to cook it. Then, he came back after about a minute & said, ""I better take the whole plate, cuz' the rest of the food might be contaminated."" While I am waiting for my food, my husband ate all of his. When my food finally came out, (the chef brought it out). I ate a couple of bites, then got a box to go. The bill was brought to us. We were given a check for the full amount. We left very unhappy. The slap in the face was that the manager didn't even have the guts to come to our table. I called the manager the next day & all he said was, ""I'm sorry you feel that way.""

Cons: lousy service, unclean
