We have had service for 7 years with the same water company and we went to have it switched because we had moved and the lady as for a deposit after we already paid a deposit at the last house we lived in for gas and water ...why cant they just swapp it to the new account our bill was paid,,,,,the lady was not helpful at all and had a nasty addittude..........
