this is the absolute worst company to have to deal with. they are rude and never helpful. just because people don't have another choice and have to use their services they consistanly act like its ok to treat paying customers like they are idiots. i have never had a plesant experience with anyone here and wish there were somthing that could be done. i can't tell you how many deposits i have paid this year alone just to transfer water. more

Customer service 5/2/2010

We have had service for 7 years with the same water company and we went to have it switched because we had moved and the lady as for a deposit after we already paid a deposit at the last house we lived in for gas and water ...why cant they just swapp it to the new account our bill was paid,,,,,the lady was not helpful at all and had a nasty addittude.......... more

Worse customer service ever! 8/17/2009

Bad customer service. Had a few questions and they seemed annoyed while answering and after they answered my questions they hung up on me.\r \r Pros: finally got water Cons: had to come by twice, very rude on the phone and in person. more
