I called them to see if they had heard of the problem with my TV (Mitsubishi DLP). The guy that picked up the phone was hard to understand and seemed more interested in getting me to bring him the TV then trying to trouble shoot over the phone. I don't want to pay for a diag fee if it's going to cost a ton to fix.
I read all the other reviews and chose to call these guys. Maybe I had the misfortune of someone new picking up the phone. I don't know but I won't be calling them back.
