I made the mistake of renting tuxedos for our wedding party from Black Tie Formal Wear. At first, the experience seemed to go well. The manager was pleasant and informative on the different tux options on our first meeting. When the day came, we rented 9 tuxes of which ONLY 2 actually fit the groomsmen. The manager was unapologetic, rude and not helpful or accommodating when the groomsmen returned to complain about the misfits. Keep in mind, one of the complaints came from the actual groom-- whose tux fit horribly.
Normally, I don't write reviews, but the lack of professionalism and over all customer from this place forced me to do this so people can be forewarned before they make a decision.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
