These guys scratched my vehicle and completely denied it. It is not like a little one either. At no point did they accept any responsibility for what they did just complete denial. I am a very conscious vehicle owner and have been going to that place for over 7 years. They have been servicing and cleaning my vehicles for that many, so you would think that they would spend the 10 minutes to polish out the damage and send me on my way, but no such thing. I will never go to that place again and will tell as many people that I can how they treat their customers when a problem arises. By the way it took me about 15 minutes to rub the scratches out, I can still see a little damage but who cares it isn't a show truck......
